Ultrasmart provides digital marketing and YouTube channel management services including but not limited to:

  • YouTube video script writing
  • Professional voiceover services
  • Video production and editing
  • Thumbnail design
  • Complete YouTube channel management
  • YouTube growth coaching

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner
  • Comply with YouTube's terms of service and community guidelines

3. Payment Terms

All services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Other payment methods as specified

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Ultrasmart remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, the client receives:

  • A license to use the created content
  • Non-exclusive rights to the deliverables

We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Service cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ultrasmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
