At Ultrasmart, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our services.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services
  • If there is a significant deviation from the service description
  • If services are canceled before any work has begun

2. Service-Specific Policies

YouTube Channel Management

Refunds are prorated based on unused service time. A 30-day notice is required for cancellations.

Content Creation Services

Once content creation has begun, no refunds are available. For unused content blocks, credit may be issued for future services.

Coaching Services

No refunds after the first session has been conducted. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within 3 months.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at samenny@ultrasmartclub.com with:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Service purchase details
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond to your request within 5 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Services already rendered
  • Change of mind after work has begun
  • Failure to provide required materials or information
  • YouTube's algorithm changes or policy updates

6. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team.
